Wanted to return a dress
I ordered a dress from their store and the quality wasn't exactly what I was hoping for and the dress didn't look quite right on me. I reached out for a return and within 24 hours I heard back and they gave me a couple of options on how to handle the return since I wasn't satisfied with the product. I choose to keep the item and then they sent me another item of my choice at no cost and gave me a 20% discount code. What more could you ask for?! Great customer service.
