Customer Service Helpful
I was going to give Gold Star a 4 instead of a 5. However, I then realized my difficulty in finding the data I wanted to get online was due to my own ignorance, since I am a relatively new client. I did wind up calling the company; instead of waiting on the telephone they offered to return the call, which they did in a timely manner. The customer service person was very patient and kind with me. And all my questions were answered. I came away with a happy "5" experience.
