As always, both Lucas and Camilo articulate the instructions clearly and offer modifications for those who need it. Loved the variety of sessions, yogo flow with strength and stretching along with a lake hike. I especially liked during the metabolism workshop how Lucas encouraged participants to research other countries' public health recommendations if they are are questioning US recommendations. Very diplomatic yet encouraging the global standards! Just the facts! I think there should be a stride measurement included in the the VO2 Max. test! A short person will never meet these standards.
