The account set-up was relatively easy, BUT!!!!
The account set-up was relatively easy, but the transfer of coins was not so simple. How could something so important not a better procedures. There were notes that say you can lose everything, but no clear direction. Horrible!!! On top of that, the profit from coins will be use to buy more coins so that show a different amount from what you transfer. No customer services for something that is so important.
