Trusted authenticator for Chanel
I went with Zeko to authenticate my first preloved Chanel because I have heard a lot of great things about her across multiple platforms, and her posts demonstrate her deep knowledge in Chanel. Riri in Zeko’s team who is so sweet and patient, helped me to get all the photos ready. The amount of photos required from the bag just show how meticulous Zeko is when comes to authentication, so I had no complaints (I actually submitted more than I should). The authentication came less than 24h after submitting all the photos, and Zeko also communicated to me one little detail that she couldn’t confirm 100% due to low quality photos which I appreciate. Overall my experience was very positive. Both Zeko and Riri are very nice and responsive for any question in the process. Will absolutely go to them again when I make another purchase.
