Disk Drill Did It!
I accidentally erased a 14TB hard drive with a digital lifetime of over several hundred thousand music files. So I turned to CleverFiles Disk Drill to rescue them. Several times while using the app I consulted with CleverFiles Support. Each time my questions and concerns were answered patiently. I am very happy with the customer service and the performance of Disk Drill. I got back 99% of my files in their original condition. What was lost were some files missing metadata, and some others where a few music albums were recovered with jumbled partial tracks. My advice to anyone using this app is to go slow and read carefully. If you follow the directions to the letter all should go well. Be sure to contact support if you are not sure.
