1 Star - Avoid This Company: Terrible Customer Service & Refund Run-Around I've been trying to process a simple refund for weeks now, and this company keeps giving me the runaround. Despite sending over a dozen emails clearly explaining my situation, they keep asking me the same screening questions over and over as if they never read my previous responses. I've been patient and followed their procedures. I've answered every question they've asked. I've stated multiple times that I don't want a different size or a replacement item - I just want to return the product for a refund and have been willing to pay for return shipping myself. All I've asked for is a return shipping address. Instead of providing this basic information, they continue to deflect with more questions and attempts to avoid processing my refund request. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to frustrate customers into giving up on their legitimate refund requests. The lack of basic customer service and respect for customers' time is unacceptable. I'm now forced to escalate this to my bank and consumer protection agencies. I'm leaving this review so others don't experience the same poor treatment. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
