I called with a question about a tear in a garden hose I purchase last year. The representative told me that the hose was covered by a lifetime warranty and asked me several questions so the he could help me. He sent me directions on what to send him and stayed on the phone until he received them from me a few minutes later. He confirmed everything and within 10 days FedEx delivered a new hose to my house. I could not be more pleased with the product and the service I was provided.
