Dishonest
This is one of those companies that makes it so that when you return something, you basically have to accept store credit or give up a large portion of the money you were supposed to get returned (ought to be illegal). When I went back later to claim the gift card, they refused to give it to me because apparently I couldn't remember the correct phone number. I had everything else, order number, email, etc. They scammed me.
