It's a great comfort knowing Support is there for me!
Although Support initially said, 'IT is working this issue and it should be resolved in a few days', I heard nothing more. A week later I sent multiple requests to have my new product made available to me, and received an instance response, saying, 'Register your product again and it will resolve your issues'. I did and it worked! It's a great comfort knowing Support is there for me!
