Replacement wheel/luggage
We went on our trip, got to our destination, got off the plane, we got our luggage and saw one of the wheel had been broken off by the baggage handler! British airways refused to take responsibility and pay for replacement wheel. However Delsey sent us a new replacement wheel as well as gave new luggage at no cost.
