"Order is processing" is an insufficient explanation as is "customs clearance issues". I fear I should have accepted the poor reviews' advice to not order. Where is my product and when will it arrive in my home? The verification code is ALWAYS invalid! on your tracking page well as your "contact us" page making tracking or communication impossible! The only response I see is to reviews.
