Customer support is very responsive and efficient at solving requests. The app is a bit difficult to figure out in the beginning but the notifications help a bit in guiding the user. As a pet sitter/pet walker, the percentage retained is a bit steep, most of the times equal to 25% of the price paid by the pet owner.
