I’m very disappointed with the service I received at The Cheesecake Factory in Topanga Canyon. I called to make a reservation for a lunch gathering of 15 people, and Jennifer was extremely unhelpful and rude. She insisted that everyone must arrive exactly by 12 noon, even after I explained that some guests might be slightly delayed due to parking difficulties and coming from different areas. I’ve brought business to this restaurant multiple times before, but the lack of understanding and flexibility this time was very discouraging. It’s unfortunate to be treated this way as a returning customer, and I hope management takes note and improves the way group bookings are handled.
