Pretty close to being a scam
Although they are not exactly lying, this is very close to being a scam. All they are doing is printing out your photo, name and some stamps on the standard form... something you could easily do yourself with some basic photo editing skills. There is no actual translation going on and the final product is shoddy at best. However, if it will stop you from getting fined by dodgy police or allow you to hire a car, then it it probably worth it simply for eliminating that hassle. However, for what the service is, it is very expensive. Also they claim that you will get paid €5 for leaving a review here, and that it will "automatically be paid into your bank", which is impossible since there is no way to track this.
