Everything They Promised It Would Be
We were a little reluctant to make such a large purchase online with a company we had not dealt with before, but the discounts were amazing. After thoroughly researching the company and chatting with their customer service department several times who were very courteous and helpful in discussing pricing, purchasing and delivery options, we decided to buy through Emma Mason. We knew the wait time would be 4-6 weeks and they met that timeline. We were kept updated throughout the process with texts and emails from Ivan. We received a call the day before delivery and also when the delivery driver was 20 minutes away. The White Glove Delivery service was everything they promised - on time, courteous, respectful of our home and and not a scratch on the furniture. We would not hesitate to purchase through Emma Mason again.
