Have had problems with the last 2 orders. A $15 credit helped with the one before last. Two issues with the most recent one: 1) A corner of the box was split open likely causing leakage in one of the sauces, and 2) The wrong recipe card was include with one of the dinners, solve by printing out the correct one, but was an initial source of confusion. The key positive is the unmatched selection of dinners. Finally, a piece of advice from a market researcher, change your surveys when a customer opts out. Very frustrating, including response options which don't apply. Happy to advise.
