Really poor customer service . Dnt risk buying from them.
Ordered a 3d printer and was sent the wrong model. Contacted support and told id ordered the wrong one, although receipt clearly shows which model was ordered. No interest in resolving the issue or helping resolve the issues. Made promises that I would receive updates relating to escalation, although nothing received despite chasing numerous times
