jake on the chat line at momence was so helpful with every question i asked. he was very efficient in answering everything and gave me clear instructions. I have just changed over to momence from a different platform and i'm not regretting my decision. I have also been dealing with Josh in sales and Emily who is my account manager and they are all extremely knowledgeable of the platform and get the job done for you very quickly. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone
