Rude staff and ridiculous “silent bus” expectations
If I could give zero stars, I would. I took this bus to NYC expecting a normal ride — not a silent retreat. Nowhere in their advertising does it say you’re not allowed to talk, but apparently having a normal conversation about our jobs and travel plans was enough to get scolded by the driver and staff like we were misbehaving kids. We weren’t being loud or disruptive — just talking at a normal tone. The driver snapped at us every time we said a word. It made the whole trip uncomfortable and honestly absurd. If you want a silent experience, fine, but at least say so upfront in the booking info. Otherwise, don’t treat paying customers like a nuisance for existing. There are plenty of buses to NYC that understand basic customer service. Save yourself the stress and take literally any other one.
