I had a great experience with the customer support recently. I received the cameras as a gift and one would not load. Apple who initially helped me turned it over to support. From there Ivy helped to resolve my issue. They sent me a replacement camera and it arrived early. I was able to set up with no issues. I want to add how wonderful Ivy was. She followed up to ensure I received the camera (which came days before I expected it) but also checked to ensure everything was good. Not only do i love the cameras, especially that they are solar or I can charge using my computer, they are really clear. Top notch customer service!
