I received excellent customer service from Holly. I placed a warranty claim on a 9-year old shower part that failed. Even though Hudson Reed no longer sells that shower component in the US, Holly was able to coordinate with their UK business to have a replacement part shipped to me. Holly was excellent about keeping me updated on the status of my request, and always responded within a day when I emailed her.
