I had a problem that I needed to get sorted out with my bike. I worked with their support representative and I have to say they hung in there all the way. I give them my highest recommendation. Other companies I have dealt with don’t come anywhere close to these folks. They want you to be happy with your purchase. Very caring and super helpful.
