Excellent customer support experience
I’ve had my bike for a little under a year and it has been working perfectly. Recently, I had an issue with the display, but I received excellent support from the company. The team quickly identified the problem and sent me the replacement part, which arrived fast. I was able to install it myself and everything is working perfectly again. I’m really grateful for the great service — especially to Janice for her help.
