Zero protection — phone dented after falling off the bed
Phone slipped from my bed (less than 50cm) onto the floor. The PITAKA Ultra-Slim Case didn’t help at all. The impact went straight through and left a visible dent on the iPhone frame. If you actually drop your phone even once, this case won’t save it. Complete waste of money for protection. For a case this expensive, I expected at least basic drop protection from a short everyday fall. For something marketed as a “case,” I honestly expected at least a little more protection than this, even if it’s ultra-slim. This one is so thin it basically does nothing when it matters. At this point, it feels more like an expensive sticker than actual protection. Customer service was good — That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Tina replied quickly, understood the situation, and offered a full refund immediately without asking me to return the case. That kind of no-hassle support is rare these days, but it doesn’t fix my damaged phone. Two stars only because of the fast refund — the case itself deserves one.
