Went from the best customer service to the WORST! I received a table that looks NOTHING AT ALL like the pic on their site. I HATE it, but tried to live with it for a few days. I contacted them and they said, no problem, you can return it. I even offered to buy something else if they wanted to give a credit. I paid $420 for white glove to place the 300lb concrete/marble veneer table AND take away packaging. YES, taking the packaging is one reason why we all pay for white glove. The next email asked if I had the packaging. REALLY???? Well, they won't take it back without it. I offered to have a crate made so it can be "safely" returned. They GHOSTED ME.
