AirDNA

Charged for 0 days Service, Refusing to refund

On November 13th, I was unexpectedly charged for an annual subscription that I was certain I had already cancelled. When I logged into my old AirDNA account that same day, the account showed a prominent “Subscribe” button, confirming that no active subscription existed. I immediately contacted AirDNA to explain that I did not have an active plan, had not used the service at all, and requested a refund of the $400 charge. AirDNA refunded only $200, stated that they cancelled the subscription, and insisted that their policy prevents issuing a full refund. In other words, they want to charge me $200 for zero days of use. This is not a prorated discount on a service I used—it's a charge for a full year of something I do not use and do not have access to for the upcoming year. No renewal reminders or account notifications were ever sent, and the lack of communication combined with the refusal to refund is predatory. Update to AirDNA response: Their response is inaccurate. They did not do a partial refund and 'prevent future billing'. They cancelled the service and refunded me $200 (50%). Meaning they are still attempting to charge me $200 for 0 days of service. They subscription is not active. A company that stands behind it's product would not do this. Nor do they acknowledge that the subscription was not ever showing active on my end. Do not trust this company and it's predatory practices.
