Shopping & ordering on the website is quite easy to navigate, and the customer support is top notch. My order became lost in transit, and the support representatives quickly addressed the issue. Since the item ordered was currently not in stock they issued a refund for the total amount plus a 20% off code for a future order. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.
