Small business owner
As a small business owner, I know that customer service is absolutely critical to reputation and growth, and we appreciate that commitment in others. The team at Riverbend Consulting far exceeded my expectations in that regard. In particular, Estefany was exceptional. She was very sympathetic to our frustrations in setting up our account. She was professional, courteous, and diligent. And always gracious. I highly recommend Riverbend and Estefany!
