For three weeks I have been asking Agoda to change my flight to an earlier date due to medical reasons. I have been left without my medication all this time. Every reply from Agoda says the same thing: “Contact us and we will help you.” But there is no real help. Only automated messages and no real solution. I cannot pay the amount they ask. It is almost the price of two new tickets. I am willing to pay a reasonable penalty, but not an excessive amount that I cannot afford.
