Very professional and courteous employees. They worked fast and accurately. That review was the initial in-person visit I had at the Freeway Insurance office. However; since then, they have sent me an email invited me to register an account and go online to become paperless in the future. I was not able to register online, so when I called and spoke to the help desk, I was told that the system was down temporarily and they would be back up the next day. At that time they would invite me to register again. So far, I have heard nothing from them. It's starting to look a little suspect.
