Terrible service
Unfortunately, my experience with TRIMRX has been very frustrating. Customer service took an extremely long time to respond, and I had to place my order twice because of issues with the first order. To make matters worse, I ended up receiving the wrong item. The overall customer service and communication were very poor, and getting issues resolved was much more difficult than it should have been. I also did not have the results I was expecting. Instead of losing weight, I actually gained while using the product. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, both with the customer service and the product results. I would not recommend TRIMRX based on my experience.
