I am writing this review with extreme disappointment regarding my recent experience with Swangift. What should have been a simple process of sending a gift turned into a frustrating ordeal due to a delivery failure, followed by a shocking and unfair company policy. My order failed to be delivered. The core issue is not just the failed delivery, but Swangift's response to it. I was informed that to get a replacement order sent out, but I'm required to pay an additional courier fee. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I did not choose the courier service; Swangift did. The logistics and delivery are Swangift's responsibility. To penalize the customer for a failure within Swangift's chosen supply chain is a poor business practice that shifts blame unfairly onto thecustomers. Absolutely terrible company!!
