My shipment actually did get delivered, but I didn’t get what I ordered. What they did send was flat-out terrible. The quality and craftsmanship were nowhere near what was advertised — cheap materials, sloppy stitching, the Carhartt emblem was actually sewed on crooked. After reading some of the reviews. I decided to take the "L" on this one instead of dealing with their customer service department. Silver lining: I gave the jacket and hoodie to a homeless guy. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that actually delivers what they promise.
