I would give this a zero star rating if I could. I ordered a personalised figuring. All I got was a rubbish cut out. To top it off the image I wanted wasn’t even the correct image I sent over. It’s a completely different person. I mean what use is that to me. It’s impossible trying to get a refund because of there unprofessional denial. Like dealing with kids. Absolute rip off con artists. £35.87 down the drain. Wish I checked on trust pilot before. Avoid at all costs. I also see they try and make up for it with their replies on here. Don’t believe it. If I could show my email interactions I would. Absolute BS!
