My Story (我的 故事) Only 2 weeks ago I arrived in Cheng Du (成 都) Airport with some trepidation. After two weeks of Chinese language classes, I am very happy with my experience. The way the lessons are taught, as well as the content of the learning book were far more than I expected. The book selected matched my needs and lessons didn’t just focus on learning the language, but also on useful expressions and situations that can be applied in everyday life. Content learned was used almost daily to speak to hotel staff, and to nearby shop attendants. Much credit must go to my teacher (老师) Miss Styles who executed classes brilliantly answering all my questions. Credit must also go to the administration with Miss Ilaria Minopoli and Ms Ying Fang who arranged everything else. The practical approach has made learning Chinese both enjoyable and meaningful, and for me wanting to learn more. I take with me a reading book gifted (礼物) to me, and some fond memories.
