Refund request ghosted
On 11/15/25, I purchased Typeset, CreatorU, and SamCart. The company offered a 30-day no questions asked money back guarantee, so I felt safe to purchase, which gave me the opportunity to get a closer look at the products to decide if they are what I need. I did my deep review after purchase and determined that, no, this isn’t the best product for my needs. I’ve sent them 3 requests for a refund and have not heard back. I’ll persist because I’m only 9 days into my 30-day money back period. Don’t buy unless you’re confident in your diligence because it seems that my own request for a refund is being ghosted.
