They do not refund you.
This is a Chinese company and their garments are made in China. On the description, they do not declare what materials they use instead it states “Made from a soft, textured knit fabric”. However the materials are not soft at all, it’s incredibly so hard and discomforting plus items look very cheap. Worst of all, like the other reviewer said they do not honour their own return policy. They tried very hard persuading me not to return the items and I had to tell them my will of return for 5 times. Once the returned goods arrived in China, they abandoned because they do not want to deal with taxation. Now my returned items are sitting in Chinese customs for a month. Poor materials cheap looking cloth horrendous customer service. UPDATED on 29Nov Order YH13315. After posting the review, this company keeps telling me either a new story every time or refund takes 3-4 days. However, they still haven’t collected the returned item which is clearly marked as sales return from the custom. Despite I told them numerous time to sort out tax and collect the items from the custom, they ignore the fact that the items are already in China as they don’t want to deal with taxation. I’ve also told them they can just call 11183 to sort out tax and collect the items but they just don’t. They don’t want to pay tax nor refund.
