I purchased all of my services from your company previously. Despite that, when I needed help, I was told I had to pay extra just to receive support. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on this experience alone, your service deserves 1 star. If my client had not already bought their domain and hosting through you, I would never choose your service again. I work at an agency, and after this experience, I will actively advise my clients and professional network to never use your services. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
