We ordered luxury boxes through Alibaba in May 2026 and when they arrived were faulty and we requested them to be returned and be issued with a full refunded. We are now 5 months in and still been messed around by them and no refund DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY DO NOT SUPPORT CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE ARE ISSUES
