Great response time would love for them to have someone that actually is on american time, but they did their best to work with us. Laser was default upon arrival worked once. Worked with their employees to solve the problem. First problem we tried was cleaning the lens, and then that was a fail. So they just sent us a replacement, no questions asked Receive new laser and have no problems since
