Weeks pass with no proactive communication, and every follow-up I make results in vague reassurances rather than real answers. For a transaction of this size, the lack of clarity and follow-through is unacceptable. Not only do I have no watch, but the fact that the item remains posted for sale raises serious questions about how orders are handled behind the scenes. This has been one of the most stressful luxury purchases I’ve ever made. $23,000 is a significant amount to have tied up with no product, no timeline, and no transparency.
