I would have given Zero stars if that was an option. About 10 days back I Ordered personalised gift item for my friends 25th anniversary paying 40£. The order was never delivered , when I chased swangift.order team for the item , they mentioned delays and finally Order was cancelled yday. They asked me to wait for the re-fund ...and no additional details on when or how much would be refunded. The whole experience was inconvenient and disappointing.
