Changed Color; Took Down My Review
Here is my review of the "Purple Colored Hair Bundles Straight Hair 3 Bundles with 4x4 HD Lace Closure Human Hair Extensions" from LumiereHair: First, I had to contact customer service to finally get them to ship my order. To their credit, though, the hair was delivered pretty fast once I spoke with customer service. Second, installing the hair went fine. It does shed, though it has been easy to style. Third, my biggest problem is the fact that this hair has now turned magenta after oxidizing. I could understand if the hair changed color a little (or even a lot) if I had washed it, but I haven't even washed it yet. I specifically purchased this bundle because of the purple color. So, needless to say, I'm highly disappointed. But, what irritates me just as much is the fact that the review I left on Lumiere's web site has been taken down. Why allow customers to leave reviews if we can't share our honest experiences?
