Warranty claim? They don’t send replacements
Ordered some heated socks that stopped working. Sent the socks back on warranty as they had a kinked wire. They won’t actually send you a replacement though, they give you credit so you can ‘buy’ them again. the new socks were still defective, so I sent the batteries back on warranty. I was first issued one singular replacement battery, which I returned, and I’ve now been given far less than retail value of the batteries in store credit, and have been told to pay entirely out of pocket. I was assured my store credit wouldn’t expire… great I work in the snowsports industry, I get things happen, but these were an expensive investment, that’s just been a sh!t sh0w since I got them. I’ve barely used them in 2 whole years because of this fiasco that’s clearly not getting resolved anytime soon…
