As Close To Perfect As You Can Get!
I needed physical merch for the first vending event I was to attend, QUICKLY. I had less than 3 weeks. In a little over an hour and a half, I had not only uploaded, but customized, designed, and ordered all the items I needed with very little design experience when it came to merchandise prior to ordering from Wooacry. My items arrived within 3 weeks, just in time for the event the following week, and came out BEAUTIFUL. They also offered a free shop for later purchases, and have a separate section where I can keep my designs so I don't have to upload them again! My only critiques are these: 1) I do wish there was a better way to track where my items were while they were in transit across the continents. I understand that that can't be controlled much beyond Wooacry's hands, however. It's just worth noting for international buyers. You'll have to be okay with not knowing exactly where your items are until they reach your locale. 2) The pins are somewhat fragile. The needle of the pins bends quickly and is prone to unlatching when putting it on bags or totes, so keep in mind that they're fragile. The designs are sturdy, however. 3) The custom acrylic stand designing is a bit confusing. I ended up getting stands that were a bit too small for my acrylic standees, which leads to having to force the stands into place and sometimes results in cracks. I used the recommended size for the designs I made, which ended up being too small, but I was confused on which sizes were necessary because the guide was a bit everywhere. I will absolutely be ordering from Wooacry again for my merch needs. I'm overall so happy with everything I ordered!
