This is my go-to place for anything outdoors. They make buying their memberships 100% worth while. Customer service has always been 2nd to none and they have always helped me to resolve my issue. Even when I had passed the period where Altitude Sports was responsible for the product, they helped me to initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Customer Service is empowered to make decisions that make sense - I was past the 15 day period for Price Adjuistments but they simply credited the difference between what I paid and what the price dropped to so everybody won instead of having me buy the exact same item and process a return at their cost. 100% recommend.
