I purchased a crimson colored coat from Findercube about a week ago, and it was delivered very quickly. When I opened my parcel, I immediately realized that the coat that I received was very different and of lesser quality than the advertised coat. I attempted to return the coat for a refund and am now getting a run-around with them offering me credits or if I want to return the coat (purchase price of $79.99) I will have to pay a $65 shipping fee. I’ve contacted the BBB and have reported this company. I wish that I could share images of the advertised cost versus the garbage that I received. Please stay away from Findercube; the company is shady and their customer service is horrible.
