response from a previous review they asked me me to reach out with my email and order number. how? if they read my review - that was issue. there is no way to contact them. they don't have a email to reach for help or support and their ai chat puts you a in a loop of frustration and makes me want to throw my computer threw window. . the anger they have given me this last few days has been extremely unnecessary. again, stay far away from them! ahah, what a joke! they want me to leave my email on a public website. absolutely not. they have no clue how to deal with customers
