38 days since the item was purchased and no hope for it to be shipped at last
I placed the pre-order #143400 for a coat on October 24. At the time of purchase, the website stated that in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days, while pre-orders are shipped within up to 15 business days. However, after three weeks nothing had been shipped. Instead, the information on the website was changed to “up to 20 business days.” Customer support replies to about one message out of ten, and only with generic template responses. My initial inquiries weren’t even complaints — I politely asked for an estimated shipping date, explaining that I needed the coat for a specific event and simply wanted to know whether I could rely on receiving it on time or if I should look for an alternative. Naturally, I received no concrete information. As of today, more than a month has passed since my purchase. The coat still hasn’t been shipped, there have been no updates, and not even approximate timeframes provided. I truly hope this isn’t the case, but at this point the situation feels suspicious: it looks as if they are taking money for a product that does not exist and may never arrive 💔
